The ridge of the Atlantic high pressure
system will support gentle to moderate
winds, reaching fresh to possibly strong
winds in gusts. Moreover, a dry regional
atmosphere will restrict the development
of significant cloudiness. Generally fair
weather conditions are therefore expected.
Moisture will increase during the next 24
hours, making the chances for rainfall
better during the weekend. Furthermore,
Saharan Dust will linger in the region
during this weekend, restricting the
visibility somewhat.

Smooth seas are in place on the protected
sites. Slight seas are noted on the south
sides. Moderate seas are noted over the
east to northwest coastal waters.
