Marine Forecast valid from 10/05/2026 to 11/05/2026
...CARIBBEAN SEA & LOCAL REGION...
Local forecast:
The strong Atlantic high pressure system remains
in place as the main weather feature in the region.
This will support breezy conditions with winds
reaching strong to near gale force in gusts.
Moreover, a weak low to mid level disturbance
in the eastern Caribbean, will account for
shallow moisture in the airflow. However, the
stable atmosphere is expected to prevent
significant rainfall. Precipitation if any,
will therefore be light and brief in nature.
Smooth seas are in place on the protected sites.
Slight seas are noted on the protected south
sections. Slight to moderate seas are observed
on the exposed south sides. Generally moderate
seas are noted over the east to northwest
coastal waters.
