SYNOPSIS...Atlc ridge extending E to W along 27N-28N will
maintain strong to near gale force trades across the central
and southwest Caribbean through the weekend, with nocturnal
gale force conditions along the northwest coast of Colombia.
Fresh to locally strong trades are expected elsewhere across
the Caribbean. Strong high pressure across the NW Atlc will
build S across the region Sunday night through Wednesday to
produce strong trades across the east Caribbean and tropical
Atlc waters.
