SYNOPSIS...Modest Atlc ridge remains centered across central
Atlc and extends WSW along 28N-30N to central FL, and will shift
NE tonight through Thursday. A tropical wave across the SW Caribbean
will move W across Central America today. A second tropical wave
along 68W-69W will move across the central Caribbean through
late tonight, and across the western Caribbean Tuesday through
late Wednesday. A third very broad tropical wave currently across
the central Atlc will move into the tropical N Atlc waters early
Tuesday, enter the eastern Caribbean Tuesday night, and reach
the central Caribbean Wednesday night.

WINDS : EAST 15 TO 20 KT WITH HIGHER GUSTS

WEATHER : PARTLY CLOUDY WITH LOCALLY A SHOWER AND RISK OF THUNDER

VISIBILITY : 30 KILOMETERS; DROPPING TO 3- 5 KM IN SHOWERS

WAVE HEIGHT : 5 TO LOCALLY 8 FEET

WAVE DIRECTION : FROM THE EAST
