with gusts to 45 kt. Harvey will enter the eastern Caribbean
and move to 13.2N 61.7W by this afternoon, 13.5N 65.2W tonight,
13.9N 68.8W Saturday afternoon, 14.1N 72.7W Sat night, 15.0N
80.2W Sunday night, 16.5N 86.5W Monday night as strong tropical
storm, before making landfall in Belize and moving inland to
17.5N 90.0W by Tuesday night.
