...CARIBBEAN SEA & LOCAL REGION...

A mid to upper level disturbance is
inducing a moist and unstable airmass
in the region. This will produce some
cloudy spells with a few showers and
also risk of some thunder during this
forecast period. Locally showers could
be heavy and cause some street to
urban flooding.

Marine conditions: Smooth seas are in
place on the protected or sheltered
sites. Slight seas are noted on the
south sides. Moderate seas are in
place over the east to northwest
coastal sections with seas in the
range of 3 to 4 feet.

It is adviced to avoid areas with
showers and or thunderstorms as
seas could become locally rough.
